Mr. Ho Heng Whye
Knowledgeable and experienced, Mr. Ho's more than S$500 million portfolio encompasses a wide range of design and build, and conventional projects which includes institutions, police centre, schools; commercial buildings such as sports complex, private clubs and offices; industrial buildings such as conventional and chemical warehouse; residential projects such as HDB, condominiums and private houses; A&A and hotels upgrading projects. His expertise lies in business development, project management, contracts and architectural works, design and build, and management and assets upgrading projects. He possesses certifications in Construction Safety for Project Managers, Integrated QEHS Management System Internal Auditing, Risk Assessment and Management. Mr. Ho graduated from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 1999 and has more than 20 years of relevant industry experience. He started as a project engineer with a local building contractor, rose up to the ranks to be its senior project manager with a leading A1 contractor. Prior to starting SANWAH, Mr. Ho was the projects and contract director of a local construction company.
